The House
You will occupy the 120 m² ground floor of a detached, air-conditioned house, with approximately 70 m² of terraces, facing the valley and the mountains.
The house consists of two levels:
- The ground floor, entirely dedicated to rental
- The floora completely independent private studio (separate entrance), occupied or not depending on the period
➡️ All photos shown correspond exclusively to private spaces.
The accommodation consists of:
- d’un spacious, bright living room of 50 m²
- of two comfortable bedrooms (12 m² and 11 m²)
- Two en-suite bathrooms – a real luxury for families (no more morning negotiations…)
- The house is usually rented for 4 people, but we can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
The rooms feature:
- TV LED
- with a new and comfortable bed (180×200 and 140×200)
- For families or groups of up to 6 people, the living room sofa is convertible, offering two additional sleeping spaces.

Located in the heart of the Gravona Valley, A Casa Lucienne enjoys a privileged location for a balanced holiday between nature, sea and discovery.
Just 5 minutes from the river, perfect for cooling off in the summer, the house is also close to the beaches of the Ajaccio region, yet away from the tourist crowds. Here you can enjoy a peaceful, family-friendly, and authentic setting, with quick access to Ajaccio, its airport, and shops.
An ideal starting point for exploring the hinterland, hiking in the maquis, meeting local artisans or simply enjoying the calm facing the mountains, the house offers a true luxury in Corsica: space, tranquility and freedom of choice between sea and mountain.

In the morning, enjoy your breakfast on the terrace, facing the mountains, with only the birds and the wind in the maquis as your soundtrack. At the end of the day, relax with an aperitif, a gas-grilled meal, and a sunset that reminds you why you always come back to Corsica… even when you swear it was the last time.
